Please share one information.
I have constructed a plaza (3 stories)10 yrs ago. I started receiving my Property Tax after 3 yrs of my construction and I am a regular payee and I have proof of every payment of tax. Pleas note that no one visited in first 3 yrs just after I built it.
Now yesterday, I was being informed that the Excise team put a note on my plaza that some accumulative amount of 10,000PKR is due otherwise my plaza would be sealed and they refer to the FIRST 3 YEARS (average Tax rate) since plaza was built
I WANT TO KNOW IS THIS CORRECT, THE FIRST 3 YRS OF PROPERTY TAX IS WAIVED AFTER THE PROPERTY IS BUILT.
Please share information as I am very worried, sitting abroad at this time. Thank you.

Sorry, its 1 Lakh i.e. PK 100,000 not PKR10,000. |

If you have paid and have proof as well, then why are you worried? Just show them receipts and get rid of it. |
