I will have about 55-60 lac by July this year. Please advise me for investment in which sector of phase 7 or 8 within this budget. Or please suggest some other option. I alrady have a file of phase 9 and donot want to buy more files.

I would go for phase 7 that will be ready earliest and populated as well. Phase 8 better location but wait for 4 years. After 4 years both will be of same price.
