Dear Gurus, experts,
Kindly advice me on the below:
I am thinking to sale my plot in Tulip Ext (cornor, main boulevard on one side) and buy a prime location 10 marla plot in sector D towards Canal. Will this be a good planning? If i am looking good reutrns after 2-3 years?

The location of Tulip-ext is much much better due to following factors:
1- Very near to 210 ft main boulevard.
2- Close proximity of mini golf course (just see the developement work now-a-days)
3- Stone away distance from commercial area.
4- A big state-of-the-art jamia mosque is few steps away.
5- Central location of Bahria Town where one can feel the touch of class by reaching to that place.
6- Ready to construct house even today.
In my opinian, keep this plot and do plan to costruct your dream house.

1. Buying a new residential plot Secotr D or E. which one is good?
2. Is it advisable to buy commercial plot in C or E?
