it is noticed that DHA-9 is on claim but it is healthy sign that increase in price is on slower phase, I much understand the real-estate market and the past record tells the DHA-9 file should be around 30 lac.
I believe the increase in the price of DHA9 is eminent and it will touch 30 lac in coming days. Therefore it is strongly suggested to complete your purchase as soon as you can.
Remember there are friend those were criticizing and commenting wrongly must be saving their faces now. I believe they were actually willing to buy and thinking perhaps their criticizing might bring the price down and is not going to happen now.

something tells me that there will be a lot of selling at 25-26 and the price will retreat to 22-23 (which is not bad by any means). The talk of DHA9 at 30lak is floated around so that big investors can sell at healthy prices and small investors dont do any profit taking......
p.s. I am a DHA 9 file holder and am quite content with 22-23 price because I am in it for the long term. |

As you can read in my original post, I am in it for long term...which means balloting, development into a plot..that kinda stuff so no I am not selling.
Basically, short term dips and rises dont bother me and I dont see Phase 9 files going to 30 laks anytime soon. |
