DHA Phase 8 Proper,

Dear Observers!!
It is good that market is behaving now in right direction and clients / investors have focussed and prioritized their investments . Ultimate Choice will be Phase 8, Then Phase 6 and then Phase 7.I hope that my friends will not mind this as it seems to be natural trend in few courseof time.According to my limited understanding the price of Phase 8 will get jump upto 8-10 lakhs in their respective categories and locations.

I am agreed and convinced that dha-8 will be the most attractive phase and then it will be DHA-6

But I don’t see DHA-7 at 3rd place and I will prefer DHA-9 on DHA-7. Not only price wise but the location and approach from either side.

I believe even if authorities will develop DHA-9 after 3 years or more but they will announce it very soon to collecting money. I greed few sectors of DHA-7 are not bad but mostly it is on out skirt and for off.

yup phase 7 is not an attractive phase to live. phase 9 will be better
