Dear Investors
We have reliable news about DHA phase 9 kanal file, in 2 months it is going to touch 30 lac and will maintain and in next step will touch 40 on the news of balloting, that is expected in Jully 2012.
But remembers these are news only Allah knows better,

In my opinion property prices are likely to increase because of inflation, devaluation of Rupee and previous stagnant prices for along period therefore I wont be surprised if the DHA 9/10 files touch 4M in near future. |

I don't think Dha9 will reach 30 lacs in few months may be after 3years i think after Dha 5 balloting you may get plot around 40-45lacs after few weeks on ground so there is no chance to reach dha 9 file@30lacs |

I believe you can't remember DHA-9 was 15 lac six month earlier therefore it is even difficult for you to predict and understand that what will be price after 6 months.
Surely it will be 30 by the June this year. |

you are right the gradual increase in the price of DHA-9 is a healthy sign and this indicate number of buyer are getting in market and DHA-9 files are reducing every day. In this part of the year it is normally local investors where as summer oversea Pakistani usually visit motherland and prices get high quicker and I am very much convinced that by Bari Eid the DHA-9 will be close to 30 lacs.
At the same time DHA usually ballot the phase 3 years before the start development of any phase and DHA-8 is prime example it is 2 years now since it was launched and one can hope it will get started by the end of this year and at the same time DHA-9 will be announced to collect charges for development. DHA-8 was announced @ 45+10 = 55lac and if we consider inflation DHA-9 will surly be more then DHA-8 and that will be 60/65 lacs on installment of 3 years.

The following important factors are worthwhile to be considered for determining the price of phase 9/10 DHA files. The price of these files has already touched 4.5 M in 2002/03. Now the Rupee has been devalued almost 80%. Inflation is on rise.The stock markets are increasing inspite of poor economic indicators ( because of common reasons). therefore in my opinion it is right time to switch from fixed income options to real estate. Therefore the price of Phase 9/10, being the best phase of DHA will be more than 5M in near future and it will increase further with the announcement of balloting. |

Who negate my words, can see the daily price rise, i didnt forced any one to buy, i just shared my news to you people but in response i got hard words. Anyway i believe good time is near for those who invested in DHA 9, one canal. But infact Allah Knows better. |
