mr arshad who told you that rates have gone high.i think rates are same like before.one kanal plot you can buy in 22,23,24 lacs still.no increase in rates.

still i could not sell my 10 marla plot even in 12 lacs near to 150 feet road.

Not worth because of litigation and transfer related problems. All the plots are around 8-10 feet deep.
