please tell me why the price of the DHA phase 9 & 10 file is increasing day by day? Is it still good price to buy the file at this rate? When the ballot is expected?

i think its good enough if u buy it nw it cost u in 27 and de charges would b max 15 lac means 1 kanal plot cost u in 42 lac i think its nt a bad deal to buy file nw |

Price of DHA 9 is still under valued . If you look closely location of Phase7 , one can see location of Phase 9 is batter. Price of allocation file in phase 7 is 29.25lacs where as phase9 is 25.35 lacs. My guess is it will climb 30 lac with in month and then its price will jump to 40lac close to balloting.Another reason price will go up as other phases files are not avaiable and this is next phase for ballot. |
