Thanks lahore real estate for keeping all of us informed about the market conditions. I informed about 2 week ago that DHA 9/10 will hit to 29-30 with in a month and someone commented about my predicition that " wild Ideas and it is open market" some one even commented "I am misguideing people".
Infact the inflation is pushing the market up.DHA 9/10 is the last phase so far for those who did not invest any thing in dha and they can become a part of DHA community. It is still good time to invest in DHA 9/10 and also remember my words " this 9/10 phase will be best phase in whole asia once it will be done". stop selling your files and wait until Eid time it will be over RS=30 lac+ sure.
