can someone please update me on the current market price and market direction of 1 Kanal residential plot in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Sector A in Islamabad. Plot size is 50 x 90 , road is 50 feet. Sector A plot are fully developed with underground utility lines and are ready for possession and construction.

1-kanal, plot was sold for 32 lacs two months ago in overseas sector. This plot in overseas sector is in front of your 618-A, plot.
So the value of your plot is around 30 lacs.
