Must be computer savvy (take design instructions via emails, exchange ideas, propose options electronically etc) and financially stable (be able to complete 100% tasks before getting payment)

In case you want to be secure agaisnt any payment made in advance ask for Performance bond or Advance payment gurantee issued by the his banker in your favour. |

No one is holding passport in Saudi Arabia, until you are convicted or you have handed over your passport for visa purpose!
