Dear All
I have a 10 M plot and now want to construct a double story house. I am in search of a good contarctor now a days who can work on labor rate.
Can anybody tell me how to prepare schedule of payment if the labor rate is 140 becuase one of my friend told me that be very carefull before deciding how to make payment to contractor on different phases ( i,e how much to pay up to foundation, brickwork, lenter etc) to avoid any future conflicts.
Need your advice.
