I am surprised by a fact , please throw sme light. Dha phase ix 10 Marla to be developed plot n Dha town is sellng around 40 means 80 lac for a kanal. Actual development and reasonable habitation will take mnimim 3-5 years. The price of one kanal better location n phase viii is Round 80 lac. Development and habitation will take 3 and 6 years minimum. While phase vi fully developed and fast growing habitation in abcgj blocks plots again is 80 lacs on average. What is this? Either phase vi is undervalue or phase ix and viii are overvalued . The logic of location does not hold good as phase viii and phase ix Dha town are on extreme ends and locations,
