Dear readers from Rawalpindi
I just went thru Dha phase 1 and crossed th bridge on to baharia expressway and on to baharia viii . Was Immensely delighted to see the level of development and roads. Excellent. Does nt seem part of Rawalpindi . Went till overseas enclave where development is in Full swing. PleAse In timate what ar the prices of plots and villas over there. Would it be better than phase 1 sectors abcde . What are approx prices in Dha phase 1.

Yep, that whole are is growing rapidly and coming out really nice. I was there in January.
Bahria phase7-8 1 kanal runs from 23 lacs to 40 lacs, depending on location/possession and habitat e.g. ppl living there.
DHA-1 prices anywhere starts from 58 and go upto 70 lacs for 1 kanal. Choice is yours.
Bahria Town. they are building clubhouse, hotel (Grand Hotel) in Spring North (sandwich b/w ph-7 & 8). Greenvalley is a high-end supermarket that is being built in spring north. |
