dnt forget the time when this phase 9 file rate was 40 lac ,why u ppl always say 6 month b4 the file was of 15 lac dont forget this file was of 40 lac few years b4,i bought it in 36 lac and still i m waiting and hoping one day this will surely touch the sky ,nw ppl have no other choice dha phase 9 is the upcoming project of dha ,and location is the best one ,and dnt compare it with phase 7 becuz 1 kanal of phase 7 cost min 38 lac and in 38 lac u got a worst loction plot in z block ,wat if a person have 27 lac and he wants to invest in dha than dha phase 9 is the best option as he can arrange rest of the money means devolpment charges in the time which he have till balloting. |
