Acutally a dealer told me in summer price go down due to people scare by heat, dangee and more taxes in budget. I want to buy Dha phase 9 allocation. Will it go down and can I buy it below 20 lakh in next few months.

Malik praa gee no chance to get file lower than current price. Must buy now or you got to pay more money every day in future.

Malik praa gee in last 2 months DHA 6 7 8 prices have gone up 8 to 12 lacs. DHA 9 gained lowest than DHA 6 7 8 so rise cant be stopped with Dangue or hot weather and budget.
Its election year and govt is going to give you best more favorable budget in last 5 years. Its only going to increase prices not lower.

No property dealer will ever tell you not to buy property on latter time when you have money to buy now. Simply not possible these days. A property dealer never wants to loose his commission from you buying a file. So please dont make up things. Like I said no chance to get DHA 9 any lower you should talk latter and go run buy a file first. |

BTW have you noticed DHA9 10 marla is more expensive than DHA7 10 marla plots. Did any one ask himself Why?
Because DHA9 location is many times better than DHA7. DHA9 is closer to DHA 1 2 3 4 and 5 truly liveable phases of DHA Lahore today. |

It seems like Dangue and heat would only affect DHA - Phase 9.
