Many Thanks for your reply.
I have one question please? One plot number U-24 in phase 7 you have advertised @ 67 lac, so why is big difference for 13 to 15 lac between U24 and U65. Also, I knew that U24 is on 150 feet road. But its still big differnce.

Dear hamid sahib, corner, facing park, large road plots rate always be higher than the general rates and facing boundary near or facing graveyards or commercial or overhead tank plots will be lower than general rates and secondly it is matter of Demand and supply also.
