I am looking for buying a 10 Marla house in Lahore.
My budget is Rs 65 lac, willing to go upto 70 lac.
I am looking for preferably newlt built house.
I have already seen a few houses in Punjab Cooperative society.i am intrested in dha phase 3 XX and also phase 1,2,4
Can somebody advice on where to look for a 10 Marla house in the above quoted budget, also is buying a house in Punjab cooperative society a good investment.

Mr Ahmed you can not get even old house in dha in said budget. if you want a house in dha only then u can able to get a 5 marla house there. 10 the price of 10 marla newely constructed house in dha is min 130 and max 150.

Faizan is right, you almost need to double your budget if you want to buy a "newly built house" in dha!

you can try in eden value homes lahore. it is a gated community and newly built houses, you can get 10 marla in that budjet

u can find an 15 to 20 years old house in phase 1 in 80 to 90 lakhs.
