if some body himself builds a house 5 marla. i.e in bahria town for a bussiness purpose so how much total expenses would be if one arranges the materail himself and construct through builder. How much time is required and how much profit one can make from this bussiness.

The construction cost can be between 22-23 lacs for a 5 marla house if you(as a beginner) build the house in your own supervision. Experienced builders complete the house in 20 lacs MAX! time period can be 6-7 months and profit margin is low in 5 marla houses. A beginner should not expect more than 3 lacs :) However experienced builders can easily save 5-7 lacs in a 5 Marla house.

Yes Malik sahb Bahria aur Dha mai construction cost almost same rahe gi sirf 19 20 ka difference ho ga :) 10 marla construction cost(for 3600 sqft approx) is minimum 45 lacs and can go up to 60 lacs depending upon the quality grade. |
