I want to built 1 kanal cornor house in B Block in Punjab Cooprative Housing Society, can someone guide me how to proceeds. what are dues like map approval from society and from Contonment Board etc, water connection, electiric connection. i need details and what what would be estimated amount for two stories.

If you have the budget then go to a better society....Being near DHA does not make it DHA. Kawa chala hans ki chaal, apni bhi bhool gaya. I mean no offense to anyone just my personal views...!!!

Mr. Khanzada, Punjab Cooprative Society is near DHA Phase 4, along AA and BB sector. almost 80% populated, all facilieties are available like Banks, commercial area, mosque parks and security.

Mr. Asim every society has some pros and cons and PCHS does not pretented to be a DHA.

Sajid Sb,Sorry to have offended you, I was just giving my personal opnion about the society.

@ Mr Khanzada;
- People mostly go to Punjab HS because of its location close to DHA-4.
- However, when you try to enter the society, through the market before the main entrance... all eyes are on you, there goes your privacy and it gives a poor impression to all your guests.
- Remember the 3 most important aspects of any property...Location, location & location.
- The streets of 10M phases are very narrow and broken, 1K blocks are better, but while entering the society; you first pass through 10M area...it spoils the entire show.
- While the cost of construction is the same as any other place...Why waste your money in such an area...
The decision is entirely your own...Best of Luck!!!
