It is better to buy plot physically rather to buy Paper in million. My point is this. U know what our Housing Societies doing or playing.

DHA ph 9 is not just on paper. DHA does not allow allocation until they don't have physical land acquired, as per LHR definition. So, DHA ph9 allocation files are against the acquired land (not in air). Balloting will make these plots with boundary on ground, with their plots numbers.
