I'm looking for reputed and experienced builders who have done previous projects in DHA Lahore.
The scope is to outsource Grey structure construction for our 1 Kanal residential house in Phase 6. All the architectural drawings, detailed floor plans, and construction material specifications documents are ready to be shared with the contractor.
The plan is to contract out the grey structure construction (material + labor), whereas, construction materials approval and supervision be done by our architect office.
I need to hear from experienced friends and visitors who have recently finished construction of their homes.
