why these are expensive?
what are the installment plans for 10 marla please advice?

Mr. Riz Khan These are Plots Prices Including Development Charges,
Development Work 40 % Complete and possession expected end of next year.
Ten Marla Installment Plan:
Down Payment Rs. 21,45,000/-
Each Installment Rs. 270,000/- after 3.5 Month
