if price increasing or it will decrease
what you have problem .
are you broker or agent of any agency
to create negative feelings in people.
if have file and feel uneasy you can sale.

people who bought file at 42 lac what about him.
why before file price 42 lac at peak
tell me now
and it is going up it is wrong.
sorry to say like you people always create panic
