I think it's time now DHA shall start focusing on in-time development of all phases. Their pace of development is really slow and lazy when compared to Bahria Town and other developers. See from the latest pictures of DHA 9 town, it looks like DHA is hesitant to spend enough funds for speedy development and heavy machinery.
Wake up DHA administration... there is a lot to develop and all at the same time i.e. Phase 8, DHA 9 Town, DHA 5 M Block, and then rest of DHA 9/10.
