OK, i apologize to all DHA9 lovers ... i may be bit rude but i tried my best to give my opinion to common people ... I sold my file at 23.6 and i was expecting to buy one again at 18.5 ... But with current price i think i made a mistake ... it can maximum come down to 24 now :( ... still i believe that DHA9 file price is unrealistic ... It should trade at 21 to 22 lacs max. ..

shame on you , if the price is UnRealistic why didn't you sell your file for 21 lacs. Just for your own benefit you was comment negative about DHA9, Not for honest analysis.So you can that for cheap price and sell that again for higher price.

You made a mistake by selling your file for a minor profit. The present prices of DHA9 is mechanism of demand and supply. I do not expect that its price will come down to 21 to 22 lacs as now no other options left for investors or people who want to have plot in DHA for house building. |

Sir for dha9 file dont think profit or loss of 2 or 3 lacs.Go for long term investment and u ll be rewarded. |
