Asalam-o-Alaikum all. My name is Ammar Ahmed. I've just sold my house for Rs 5 million. Now i request all my worthy brothers to guide me for my future planning. I intend to build a new house in any of the co-opperative housing society of lahore. My wish is to go to a size above 5 marlas as the house i just sold was of 5 marlas size. Anything between 6 to 8 marlas would be acceptable for me. And my final budget is Rs 5 million. I request all of you to guide me as for what to do to make my decision.
My personal preferences for living are :
1. Good location (park facing or corner or on a wider road)
2. Mosque at a walking distance
3. Good security
4. Short access to canal
Able guidence from any brother would be highly appreciated.

u can not get these things in dha. because if u see the maps of all dha phases.there r plots over plots.no parks.40 feet roads.mostly masjids r not on walking distance.try on multan road,defense road,any co-opperative society. |
