Regardless of baseless criticism, I want to share my feelings to those who are planning to sale the file near 30 lac (28-29-30) and get the profit. Due to shortage of files in the market, now first bench mark has been shifted from 30 lac to 35 lac and second would be 40 lac shortly.
If someone is thinking he will buy the file between 23-25 lac, then it seems hard, because in few days its pace would be more fast. Anyway everybody has right to decide, we are just sharing our feelings and if somebody get some advantage through this please remember us in your prays.
