i have been allotted a 10 marla plot in dha7 Y block.june 2014 is expected possession time.i want to ask from you what can be the rate of 10 marla plot in Y block after possession
i want to take advise from other friends please advise me due to bad location of Y block i want to sell my 10 marla plot should i sell it now or i should sell it after possession.please tell me whats your opinion.

In property The thing that matter most is location of your Property.If possession comes later the rate for appreciation of good location plot is always better than a weak location.If you have plot @ bad location then you must switch your plot with other few good opportunity depending on you budget

@ saira Bano, Y 3319 has market worth of 24 to 25 Lacs All Dues paid It is very average location.Its too early to predict the rate before possession.
