Dear Ashraf Sahib,
The issue is not resolved yet and according to DHA No Time Frame can be given at the moment.There is no issue with Transfer But DHA is not giving Possession of the plots.

DR Mr.Rehan, There is no Proper buying and selling of Air Avenue Plots in market right now. there are no readily available buyer for Air Avenue in the market .Buyer want urgent possession of plot which is not yet available or otherwise want to buy @ much lower than market rate but seller is not willing to sell less than market rate.
