Sir Hassan Raza,can u plz tell that when transfers of phase 7 new ballot will open ,i am desperate to sell my 1k and 10M plots in y and x blocks plus need to know min-max prices of 10 M,1K AND 2K.will be grateful for your response.

As You Will receive Intimation Letter From DHA , You can Sale your Plot.In Phase 7 Newly Balloted One Kanal plot rates are from 35 To 42 Lacs (All Dues Paid) Depending on location and 10 Marla rates are from 23 to 25 Lacs (All Dues Paid) depending On location.
