AOA My freind if you are muslm you should not worry. You would be lucky that you will be neighbour od Allah's house. Do you think the profit comes from human it is Allah who gives profit. Make him friend and you plot would be the best in town. |

To live near masjid and grave yard need some manner and if you can adopt then no harm otherwise stay away, for example no high or low music and no mod exposure. |

It is matter of perception.Some people prefer & love to live near to mosque but majority of them don't buy plots facing mosque,commercial,school, water tanks, grave yards or other public places due to noise and heavy traffic on roads all day.People love to live in quite streets with lowest traffic passage Salman.LahoreRealEstate@gmail.com 03004009967 |

i was just curious about market trend about it as graveyard grid stations r not considered gud with regard to market and park and community centres and commericial r considered gud i just want to know what real estate dealer/pepole think about plots faceing mosques. ya i can undrstand the manners things |

@ salamn if people dont like buying near commericals than y they r most expensive onces eg in phase 8 t and w blocks have commericials and nearer to them r most expensive i observed this from this web rates |

The rates of residential plots near commercial areas or sector shops are slightly higher because it is close enough to them where one can reach out on foot any time without taking his car out. |
