It is not only phase 9 file which is increasing but overall merket is increasing also. You can see phase 7 price few months back and now it is higher may be the rate of increase is not like phase 9 file. same in Bahria town commercial prices increased very rapidly. But overall inflation is hitting every department of life and impact is very much on food stuff, property, medicine, petrol, etc. So it means inflation will hit very badly to people who hold money rather than who hold commodoties.

I fully agree. The prices in DHA Karachi have been risng costantly for the last 9 months. I believe the rse has been upto the extent ofv 75-90 %. Phas 9 being so under priced has to increase and should climb to 35-40 lacs in 3-6 months tme.There would be some jerks but only for profit gain. |
