Some friends thought perhaps it a small heap of garbage while it was a camel lying and have changed his position and there are many fold till it really stand up and the friends who were criticizing can see the size of it. DHA-9 was way undermine and the only phase to hold a plot for dream house. DHA-9 will be the gate coming from Ferozpur road and you will agree the latest is always better then previous so will be the case of DHA-9

DHA-9 is going to be the most modern and gateway of DHA Lahore

I hope someone pays you, or that you make something from appreciation of your phase 9 file. Because you seem to put in a lot of effort talking up Phase 9.

Be big and brave. Guess who can pay me ? Come up with some arguments. My recommendations and suggestion have not harm any one yet and I am proud of it. As soon I will see it is going out of balance I will give you a suggestion which might be same as your's

But till now I will recommend DHA-9 whole heartedly. Trust me if the price falls to 15 lac again I am not going to loose any thing but will pick more files.

and you will remain doubtful, that perhaps it is going to be Buy One Get One. My suggestion is Buy if you have funds, or watch and return to me when you will prove me wrong.

It is real estate business and not cattle Mandi.

I do know much about cattle mandi, but when it comes to real estate, I personally subscribe to buy-and-hold strategy. So short run swings do not concern me. Bought p-9 around 5 years ago, went down for the first few years, but then it moved up. Phase 8, went up, then down, and up again. Time horizon for investing in RE shall be long. It is not liquid enough a market to allow for short horizon.

My concern with your and other posts touting P9 is that you all seem to want to create a short-term hype. What is called “pump-and-dump.” i.e. build up the hype, sell before everyone else can and get out.
You may consider this post a public service message, a service to the esteemed readers of this forum. Asking them to be weary of hype mongers and make clear headed decisions.
