This question is an exercise to evaluate the correct value of 1K allocation file as on today.
You are requested to price with your full conscious and whole hearted feelings and not be biased.

The price should be +35 Lacs and development Rs 12-15 lacs. Plots close to Ph 5 ext should then be traded at around 55-58 lacs. Ths prediction is for next 3 months. |

If we consider DHA Phase-7 prices and Phase-5 Block-M, Phase-9 1K plot prices may be from 50 to 60 Lacs including development charges. Due to increasing money inflation, DHA Phase-9 development charges could be 15 Lacs.
