For the plot owners in bahria enclave its a very good news that develpment work has started with full swing in phase 2. The people on site said the plots will be handed over by January 2013. Lets hope for the best.

Yes shakir, all 5 marla plots are in phase 2. Its just opposite Phase 1. |

Have you visited the phase II. is the work really started.WHats the new price for 5 marla. I need your advise my plot is in 96 street and its in corner and its not square or rectangular shape its irregualr shape. but its corner. so pls advise should i keep or sell it. one property dealer advise me to sell it and then he told me with same price 1580000 he can get me another good location. whats your opnion? |

Yes i visited BE personally, they have started levelling ground from both ends. I will try to get the map and upload. The prices have not increased yet but will increase once development work progresses. |
