this phase 9 file is unstopable.i think balloting is very near.this could hit 35+in days now.phase 9 5 marla n 10marla is on its way also.there is some thing fishy.why people buying phase 9 file.may be there r news for ballot thats why its going up.

frankly speaking its common sense, even though i hold phase 9 file but i am not convinced at all, Market Engine is driving the rates up for phase 9 then why it has to be only phase 9 why not other real estate projects anywhere in lahore or lets talk about only DHA why it doesnt effect??

someone is really holding the files to create a demand, once its over then it rains, and flooded away!!!!!

Rates are increasing everywhere incl DHA Phase 8 Karachi where prices have escalated by 70-80%. Ph 9 was unrealistically under priced. It is now finding its real worth. Being the only Phase of DHA lahore it is the investors choice. The prices had to increase. My bet is that it would stabilize around 4 million in 3-4 months.Will remain buyers choice till that time.

I agree with observer 1 and investing your around 3M plus development charges of 1M plus for a project which may take 8-10 years to develop and then getting populated is a long way to go. I think dha 7 might be better that almost developed blocks are ready for possession in near term.
