I am based abroad. Need guidance from you to invest in phase -7. Following are the questions
1) what's the prevailing rate of phase-7 allocation file1 kanal/ 10 Marla ? What are the chances of balloting of remaining files of Phase-7?
2) is park view recently balloted plots in phase 7 are good to invest, as per DHA website there are development charges on it, do we need to pay full development charges in one go OR in portions over the period of 18 months?
3) last question, what's the difference in rate of park view phase-1 plots vs. DHA phase 7 allocation file?
