Please let me know the market price of plot P-754 of phase 7.
When i buy the plot, there was park and school in P block, why DHA made plots on these places? How it affects the prices? posetive or negetive ?

Dear Ammar Sahib,
Current market value of P 754 is around 52 lacs.DHA can modify its map of non developed area any time as per its policy.This in not first time. your is plot in not facing school or not facing park or near to park , so it does not impact directly on P-754.Now P block lacks Park But On the whole P block Location is vary good particularly Upper part
