Dear Mumtaz Sahib, the current price of J 15 is around 75 Lacs.It not as good Location for house construction. Because it is Facing Commercial Plot People avoid such locations due to noise and heavy traffic on roads all day and majority of people love to live in quiet places because of lowest traffic passage.
