Dear Experts
I want to buy a plot in LDA Aveneu-I, Lahore.
How one can check the status of any plot either it is in litigation or not, as may cases have been filed recently. Which blocks are litigation free?
Dealer always says that this plot is litigation free.
Waiting for your kind advice.

I think J,M and F blocks are litigation free.

Best blocks are F and D. You should visit the site and see for yourself. i was in lahore last week, visited the site myself.

Mr naeem no block is litigation free in LDA EVE 1 however some blocks like F,H,J, C,M and D are good. In these blocks Litigation problem is less than A,B, K and L. price wise J and lower part of C, F and H blocks are expensive than M and D. cheapest blocks are L and K.

Naeem, i was also interested in buying plot in LDA avenue 1 but when i visited, standard of development, whatever has been done so far is not at all good. Road and other infrastructure has already started to deteriorate, which you can see for yourself. Jubilee town right next to it is in a much better condition. You must visit the area and make up your own mind, just wanted to caution you on this.

Mr FX Jubliee town is good scheme if you make home today but the development of LDA EVE 1 is much better than Jubliee. In future it will prove itself more better than jubliee.
