I want to buy a plot [5,8 or 10 marla] in DHA Lahore Phase 9.

Can someone please let me know which blocks are good for living and investment point of view for next 2-3 years.

And what will be down payment and installment for these plots.

Really appericate help on that.

A,C and Some Plots of D are best blocks for residential and investment purpose.
Five Marla Payment Plan:
Down payment Rs. 12,70,000/-
Installments after every 3.5 Month Rs. 1,10,000/-
Total Price Rs. 19,00,000/-

10 Marla Payment Plan:
Down payment Rs. 25,00,000/-
Installments after every 3.5 Month Rs. 2,70,000/-
Total Price Rs. 41,00,000/-
