what is the estimate price of plot near 143 s block phase 7 is the location good for house construction,what do you think. how about the possession of phase 7 any time soon. thank you in advance

dear Khan Sahib,
In current market Near S 143 is around 47 to 48 Lacs.It is not good location for house construction because it is is facing hospital due to which heavy traffic and noise prevails all day on road.
