Military Farm area with DHA
Military Farm area is now with DHA and ParkView area of Phase-8 will now continuous with DHA proper and Phase 6 and 7. The prices of ParkView area will now rise sharply and swiftly due to it location. Prices of ParkView Plots prices have already increased after all litigation plots are now shifted to Phase-7. Now no litigation plots in ParkView.

No logic ,,,, but am surprised that location and beauty wise parkview is superb but still the rates are economical

Are parkview plots already developed ? What is the standard as compared to Dha? What is average rate of I kanal plot at good location

I have also heard that the main road opening from Parkview throughout the phase 7 will be announced shortly. some VIP has already keen eye around it and capturing area as much as possible; specially block C will get appreciation as well as commercial zone.

Only right now disadvantage is Only Four Commercial plazas are built. For daily you items have to go out of ParkView but when one to two more plazas will be constructed this disadvantage will also vanish. No cable TV is available but best under ground wire are already laid down.
Otherwise best quite are to live with huge fully developed park and jogging track. Suigas is available in only this area after phase-5.(Even no Suigas available in Phase-6) |
