Dear Salman sahib,

I am confused now. I have done a little survey on your website and only about 3-4 weeks ago you have replied to somebody's post that the price of plot around V-1244 Phase 8 is in the range of 45-50 lacs. However, even the worst location plots listed on your website are over 60 lacs. How is this possible? Is this simply to confuse somebody only or price of 45 lacs in phase 8 near graveyard or village is real.

You are right I replied that person almost a month ago.As there is appreciation in the rates so.the owner of X 1246 is demanding high.We Can offer you X 963 @ 52 Lacs DHA Phase 8

It is very hard to sell plots that may take weeks or months to sell and also have least value gain less over long holding times are the plots that are near or facing grave yards , Village, naala, Commercial, overhead tanks etc.

On the other side Facing park, larger roads plots, corners or facing golf etc or plots that are in middle and away for busy trafic areas are the plots that are very easy to sell and sell in hours or days.
