@ UAE,
As your plot does not exist physically and Air Avenue plots Possession is not available now , It is very very hard to stand buyer for your plot.If you are still like to sell your plot then we can stand buyer for your plot at current market of such status plots.

What about DHA transferred plots in Air Avenue? Can they be bought or sold?

One can buy and sale in Air Avenue , Here Transfer is not issue but DHA is not giving possessin of the plots.
