oleander block is the best among all the blocks, only sunflower has an egde over it , oleander has two approaches , one from the main xpress way and other from southern road. rest wait. good luck

for the price assessment , plot has to be practically on grounds not in hypothetically in maps. till now no developed plots,
the market is sluggish moreover no developed plots are there. so 1st let them develop the plots ,market is in negative direction.
