Dear salman n readers
I don't understand on phase 6 MB there is a 5 km long commercial avenue while on phase 8 side there are houses all along.. Would this arrangement work? Ideally commercial should be on both sides... I beleive map change is inescapable here. Your views. Secondly how do u grade parkview developmentvuz a viz Dha . Would itbe a wise decsion to shift my 9 million plot to parkview preferably2 kanls by adding some money and construct a house. Please give your expertcomnents

in MB 6 BOTH SIDES HAVE DISTANCE OF MORE THAN 250 TO 300 FEET SO ITS SEEM NOT APPROPRIATE TO BUILD ON BOTH SIDE |

You will never get correct comments regarding Parkview here. Park View is only best part of DHA. Go as your heart and mind say. |

Dear Hassan Park View is a adopted baby of DHA and how one can expect to have same treatment of DHA. PV is carrying many lacking deficit on his own and there should be no blame on DHA. Trust me if DHA would have not taken it over PV whould have been standing with completely failure societies of the area. |

The Park view Phase 8 is excellent location not only based on locality but also majority of infrastructure has accomplished by the DHA. the future prospectus of Park view Phase 8 are very bright. neither location in phase 6,7 8 would be appreciated comparable to Park View in couple of year. jk assessment seems bit narrow. |

Rashid Bhai it is not matter of narrow assessment It needs a calibre to understand. DHA did not bought PV to groom but to keep it out so that they can permote their own phases.

JK sahib, Read my words."Park View is only best part of DHA''. Location wise and infrastructure wise Park View is the Best.Park View does not need grooming by DHA like some people become groomed by DHA. It already came into existence beautifully. No phase of DHA can ParkView Location wise. |

No doubt Location has a vital role in real estate but just location is not enough otherwise Model Town Gulberg Zaman Park and Cavalry Ground Alama Iqbal Town Johar Town would have better location then any one else But
It is DHA holding number one position and margin will get even bigger as the time will pass. |

No Doubt ParkView has prime location but it will be alway surrounded by Villages and has many pockets.The view near main blvd is good but but if you have to move two streets away from main its looks very ugly.DHA still unable to clear the pockets in Park View and in a result reallocate all litigated plots in DHA Phase 7 and nobody know when theses pockets will be cleared in future.You can still get 2 kanal plot in park view around 115 lacs but not ideal for house construction and prime location is around 175 to 185 lacs but on the other hand DHA Phase 6 2 kanal possessin plot is from 200 to 250 lacs depending on location.

Everyone knows why DHA engaged Park view vicinity. definitively they had no option to opt PV for excellent approach ; Just imagine berki road to access Phase 7/6 from the heart of Lahore Mall road. Sir the PV main road will be underway very soon terminating @ phase7. ”founders” are acquiring massive land neighboring road.
One can envision and weigh worth of opening end with Indian adjacency |
