Plz advise future prospects of 4 Marla Commercial plot in BoganVilla. should i keep it or try to sell it?
What would be the selling price? All installments paid except last which will be due next month.

Bro u should keep it , coz currently market is not in favour of investors. atleast 3-5 years. depanding upon the early availability of DHA homes and other developed sectors. coz right now u will be in loss. so if u dnt need money , just wait. |
