If I am going to buy phase 9 file, what is transfer fee, tax etc if the rate of file today is 26.70, how much I have to pay extra including commission, transfer fee, tax etc.

Transfer fee + cvt + stamp duty = 120000. one percent commission 26700
Total = 146700 |
